1. Introduction

CrushMax ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CrushMax mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Profile data: gender, age, and height provided during onboarding.
  • Photos:your photo(s) and your crush's photo, uploaded when you initiate a scan.
  • Anonymous identifier: a unique anonymous ID is created for your account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifying information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • AI analysis: your photos are sent to third-party AI services for image analysis to generate scores and feedback. Photos are transmitted securely and are not used for AI model training.
  • Score computation: analysis results are used to compute your match score, category breakdowns, and improvement recommendations.
  • Performance: analysis results may be cached to improve speed for repeat scans using the same photo.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data is associated with your anonymous ID only — we cannot link it to your real-world identity. All communication uses HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. Your photos are shared only with our AI analysis provider to generate your results. No other third parties receive your data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete all of your data — including your profile, scans, photos, and cached results — at any time using the "Delete Account" option in Settings.

7. Age Requirement

CrushMax is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has used the App, please contact us and we will delete their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
